Stop Pouring from an Empty Cup!- Self Care Skills and Planning

In navigating the last 17 months, many of us have been trying to do and be all of the things at once- successful nonprofit professionals, upstanding citizens, stellar parents, committed substitute teachers, and more. As we juggle all of these roles and responsibilities, finding ways to care for ourselves is not only important, but necessary.

Join KJ Hardy, Co-Executive Director of the Chicago Foundation for Education, as she walks us through actionable ways nonprofit leaders can incorporate self care into their routines and lives. Participants will learn self-care skills, develop their own action plan, and set up a personal accountability system they can use immediately following this engaging session.
